We have listed a 20 x 6 mooring from a private owner. This mooring is one of the best location on Pier 2 in the brand new Marina Vela, Barcelona.  It has an alongside and stern to position and is a very safe and secure berth. This mooring has a short concession  as bought in 03/2020. The lease ends 1 March 2030, but we have options to extend this longer.  The price for this particular berth and remaining years is 75K (vat paid)

This berth is  very well protected against wind when manoeuvring in and out.  Parking is within the port, behind security for berth holders for a fee. You can drive your car next to your yachts for unloading.
