Nuestros servicios de Conserjer\u00eda operan en un entorno exclusivo y complejo que difiere de un puerto deportivo a otro y de un pa\u00eds a otro. Los amarres en puertos deportivos suelen ser un arrendamiento a largo plazo (con opci\u00f3n de renovaci\u00f3n), no en propiedad directa. <\/p>\n

Pagas una cantidad por la compra, pero no eres propietario de la propiedad ni del amarre; la cantidad que pagas es simplemente un alquiler por adelantado o \u00abderecho a utilizar el amarre\u00bb, aunque sin el porcentaje de indexaci\u00f3n que se producir\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. No hay que olvidar que tambi\u00e9n tienes que pagar el mantenimiento (gastos comunitarios) del puerto, las tasas corporativas y los impuestos locales, el impuesto de navegaci\u00f3n o las tasas del faro (tasas gubernamentales). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
